Neuropsychological Assessment Fees
A neuropsychological assessment involves approximately 8-12 hours of work. We prepare an all-inclusive fee to include: 2.5-3 hours of face to face assessment, test interpretation, all correspondence, provision of a comprehensive report and a face to face feedback session.
A sliding scale of fees is provided. Enquire for current rates.
*No Medicare rebate available, however some private health insurers do provide a rebate. Please contact your private health fund for further information.

Cancellation Fees
In line with guidelines provided by the Australian Psychological Society, at least 48 hours notice of non-attendance is required. This is essential so that clients on a waiting list can be offered an appointment.
- Cancelling / rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee;
Cancelling / rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee (100%).
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur which prevents being able to give adequate notice, such as sudden sickness or emergency. If this occurs, please let our reception staff know as soon as possible of your situation.

Cancellation up to 48 hours before appointment – $350
The full fee will apply if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of appointment and the appointment cannot otherwise be filled.
