Burnout for health professionals workshop
Our Burnout for Health Professionals workshop is thoughtfully designed to provide a restorative and supportive environment for those navigating the unique challenges of working in healthcare. Held in the serene Byron Bay hinterland, this retreat offers an invaluable opportunity to step away from the relentless demands of daily work and focus on your personal well-being.

Group Programs
The Centre for Whole Body Health also offers a select range of targeted group programs for clients with common conditions or mental health challenges. For example, we are successfully facilitating a group for people who have been through a major life changing experience (typically acquired brain injury and/or spinal cord injury).
Facilitated by experienced practitioners, our programs combine evidence-based psychoeducation, practical exercises, and open discussions to foster insight and growth.
