    Our approach to psychological therapy

As per our philosophy, our approach is holistic in nature and considers a wide range of factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and situation.

As health professionals we recognise the impact that situational factors, interpersonal challenges, modern day pressures and lifestyle choices can have on a person’s overall mental health and well-being.

We work collaboratively with you to develop a shared understanding of the key issues impacting your mental health and well-being. Together we will identify the best therapeutic approach to address your specific needs.
