- Employees can schedule appointments for in-person sessions at our locations or for telehealth EAP appointments.

In the delivery of our services we apply a holistic, person-centred approach with specific focus on personal needs and goals to support employees' mental health and overall wellbeing. Our services are delivered only by highly experienced professionals.
EAP services are completely free for employees as they are paid by their employer. Employers provide these programs to ensure their workforce remains productive and receives the required support before issues escalate.
The employee will have access to an allocated number of sessions, as approved by their workplace. However, once the number of EAP sessions allocated has been completed, individuals may decide to continue sessions privately or under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) approved by their GP.
Employees seeking support may worry about privacy. EAPs however are designed to be fully confidential. No personal information or the issues raised in sessions will be shared with employers or any other party without the consent of the employee, thus ensuring employees feel secure and protected in seeking assistance. The only time when confidentiality can be breached is when there is a safety risk concern for the individual or others.
The most effective EAPs allow employees to schedule appointments directly without needing to go through a third party. An ideal EAP should provide easy online booking options.
EAPs are designed to maintain employee privacy, meaning that employers typically do not receive information about individual usage. However, in rare cases where an employee poses a safety risk to themselves or others, a supervisor may be informed.
Yes, they can. However, each EAP has different guidelines regarding which family members qualify for services.
Yes, certainly. Our telehealth EAP services, via videocall or phone, ensure that employees across Australia, including those in remote areas, can access the support they need.
Employees can typically access our EAP services within 1-2 business days.
Yes, our EAP services will be available early mornings and early evenings before and after business hours on weekdays to ensure employees can access support as needed and without impacting their working hours. Our EAP services will also be available on Saturday morning.
However, they will not operate 24/7.
All our counsellors are qualified psychologists, counsellors or accredited mental health social workers with extensive experience in workplace mental health, along with full licence as mental health professionals in the field of practice they operate.
